Attention Soloist
This year's Rock Run will actually be two events:
1. The Team event
2. And the Solo event
All soloists must contact the race director.
Once registered you will receive an email with all the information you need.
Soloist will be transported to the start line and given an early start time.
We will monitor everyone's progress but we do not offer individual support.
It is highly recommended you have some support in place before the race.
All soloist must have a hydration system at the start of the race, we recommend a Fuel Belt system.
If you have never run the course we think 12 hours is a good time.
Lastly, do not hesitate to email if you have any questions or requests. We do everything we can to make this a good experience. Of course keep in mind you are running 50 miles on the beach.
